29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided as necessary by reason of chemical hazards encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact  On or about August 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide employees with personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves, when they are engaged in pool cleaning operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about August 3, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but no limited to, muriatic acid and chlorine, while performing pool cleaning operations.
