29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. a) On or about August 2, 2017, and at times prior to, throughout the jobsite, the employer did not provide information and training to employee who mixed hazardous chemicals including but not limited to masonry cement type S, resulting in a chemical hazard.
