29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone: Employees adjusting concrete blocks near the intersection of SW Huntoon & Arvonia PL were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below, in that a fall protection system was not in place while leaning and peering over the wall.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: An employee adjusting and peering over concrete blocks near the intersection of SW Huntoon & Arvonia PL was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below, in that training on falls was not provided for the employee to recognize and to minimize the hazards of falling.
