Repeat Statement- The Galaxy Improvement. Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 827422, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 2/28/14 with respect to a workplace located at 15 East Shore, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046.
