29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about August 4, 2017 at 20 Satellite Blvd., Suwanee, Georgia employees were using the following equipment to include, but not limited to:  a. the compressor used to power pneumatic tools, the outer sheathing had pulled away from the terminal screws exposing the conducts to dirt and damage.  b. the electrical cord (12AWG) used to power electrical tools, the outer sheathing had pulled away from the terminal screws exposing the conducts to dirt and damage.
