29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about August 4, 2017 at 20 Satellite Blvd., Suwanee, Georgia employees were using the following equipment to include, but not limited to: a. the compressor used to power pneumatic tools, the outer sheathing had pulled away from the terminal screws exposing the conducts to dirt and damage. b. the electrical cord (12AWG) used to power electrical tools, the outer sheathing had pulled away from the terminal screws exposing the conducts to dirt and damage.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 4, 2017 at 20 Satellite Blvd., Suwanee, Georgia, employees installing subfloor for the second level were exposed to a fall of approximately 16 feet above the lower level.
