29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  On or about August 3, 2017 at 329 Rippling Drive, Canton, Georgia, an employee working on the ground beneath where the framing employees were working above was exposed to a struck by hazard when he was not wearing a hard hat.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about August 3, 2017 329 Rippling Drive, Canton, Georgia, employees framing a single family residence were decking the second floor without fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10'-7" to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   On or about August 3, 2017 at 329 Rippling Drive, Canton, Georgia, where employees used a 16' extension ladder to access the working level, the side rails did not extend 3 feet above the landing.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10'-7" to the lower level.
