29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards and taking corrective actions.) On or about August 2, 2017 at 129 Bellehaven Drive, Woodstock, Georgia, employees were exposed to hazards in the workplace to include, but not limited to : a. employees installing trusses, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the lower level. b. ladders were not used as intended c. with the forks raised, the operator was moved than 25 feet away
