29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about August 2, 2017, an employee engaged in framing activities, working from a height greater than six (6) feet above ground level, was not protected by any method of fall protection.  This exposed the employee to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about April 10, 2017, the employer did not ensure an employee engaged in framing activities, working at a height greater than six (6) feet above ground level, had received fall protection training.  This exposed the employee to fall hazards.
