29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the commercial construction site located at 3131 W 31St Street, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of 21-25 feet from the upper level to the surface below. A complete guardrail system or other means of fall protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the residential construction site located at 3131 W 31St Street, Kansas City, Missouri: employees were exposed to serious health hazards, in that the employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace, such as but not limited to Ever Guard Adhesive.
