29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects: 1) Ethel Lawrence Housing Development, Mount Laurel, NJ: On or about 08/08/2017, a River Front Recycling and Aggregate employee was working on-foot, near an excavation. The employee at times was very near and/or under the boom of an excavator and rigging equipment. The employee was not wearing a hardhat and was thus exposed to injury from the overhead struck by hazard.
