29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Adrian's Interior Carpentry, at 4200 E. Warren Ave., Denver, CO 80222; On and before July 25, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that employees performing framing on the second story of a new construction project were adequately protected from falls. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from the second deck of the structure as they erected wooden walls.
