29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet to a lower level while working on a 6 in 12 pitch roof of a animal hospital.
