29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): The employer did not review the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: At the location of 10720 Nall Ave. in Overland Park KS, a forklift operator and an employee directing the operator engaged in moving material with an all-terrain forklift (#1091914) were exposed to crush and struck by hazards, in that the seatbelt was not in use in accordance to the JLG Operation and Safety Manuel in Section 1-General Safety Practices.
