29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds or did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard: a) Job site, 136-144 Muirfield Drive, West View, PA: On or about August 9, 2017, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were in use when an employee was engaged in scaffold dismantling activities and exposed to a fall hazard of at least up to approximately 10 feet, 4 inches.
