OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards:    a) Automobile Recycling Yard east side: Employees were exposed to crushing hazards while using a roll off container with two cross beams to hold vehicles while draining the oil. The  container and beams were not evaluated by a certified engineer to determine how much weight the container and beams could sustain and the stability of the vehicles on the structure, on or about 8/10/17.    b) Automobile Recycling Yard north side: Employees were exposed to crushing hazards while using a roll off container with two cross beams to hold vehicles while removing gas containers. The  container and beams were not evaluated by a certified engineer to determine how much weight the container and beams could sustain and the stability of the vehicles on the structure, on or about 8/10/17.
