29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Workshop, on or about August 10, 2017-  An eye wash station was not located within the workshop for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes for emergency use.  Employees poured cement mixture in molds and smoothed the tops where splashes potential hazards existed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be meet:    a) Workshop, on or about August 10, 2017- The employer did not create a written hazard communication program.  Employees used and were exposed to but not limited to the following: MSP Odorless Release Agent, a combustible liquid, which contained aliphatic hydrocarbon and petroleum hydrocarbon; and Portland Cement, which contained gypsum, iron oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium oxide and crystalline silica (0-5%).

Employees used and were exposed to but not limited to the following: MSP Odorless Release Agent, a combustible liquid, which contained aliphatic hydrocarbon and petroleum hydrocarbon; and Portland Cement, which contained gypsum, iron oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium oxide and crystalline silica (0-5%).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area:     a) Workshop, on or about August 10, 2017- Employees were not provided training on the chemical and physical hazards associated with combustible and corrosive solvents.  Employees used and were exposed to but not limited to the following: MSP Odorless Release Agent, a combustible liquid, which contained aliphatic hydrocarbon and petroleum hydrocarbon; and Portland Cement, which contained gypsum, iron oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium oxide and crystalline silica (0-5%).
