29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s) On or about 8/10/17 on the Line 2 Pouch Machine at the pouch separation section, the employer allowed employees to bypass the electrical interlocked door to make adjustments to the scissors that separate the line of plastic pouches; thus exposing employees to amputation hazards.
