29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  2129 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA: On or about August 10, 2017; on the west side of the jobsite, employees were performing work while utilizing an aerial lift without adequate fall protection. Employees were observed standing in an aerial lift at a height of approximately 20 feet off the ground without the use of personal fall protection while painting the exterior trim of the building.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
