Various materials, such as, but not limited to, 40-pound bags of grease absorbent, Mobil 1 oil containers, 5-gallon buckets., and equipment blocked pathways to exit doors.

(b) The Rotex Milling Machine (Model RM1) was missing its machine guard.    (c) The Delta Drill Press (Model 17-210) was missing its drill shield.
