Highway 50, Union, MO 63084, on or about 8/10/2017, workers were observed on using battery operated power drills and a rip saws without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard.

Highway 50, Union, MO 63084, on or about 8/10/2017, workers were observed on top the structure actively installing new roofing materials, approximately 9' 2" eave to ground level and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.

Highway 50, Union, MO 63084, workers were observed climbing on a Werner Fiberglass, Model: D6232-2 extension ladder, carrying a power hand tool on one hand and did not have at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
