29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Location - Assembly 1 and 2 On or about August 10, 2017, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to Weld On #3 and Weld On 717 (containing Methyl Chloride, Methyl Methacrylate monomer, Tetrahydrofuran, and Methyl Ethyl Ketone), yet adequate information and training were not provided on hazardous chemicals on job site (LD Plastics).
