29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: On or about 8/9/2017 at 1405 McEver Road Gainesville, GA, an employee was exposed to an 8-foot fall hazard to the wet, potentially slippery concrete pad below. The worker was observed straddling the step ladder while performing leveling operations which required the non-load bearing ladder support brackets to be used for support of the employee's feet.
