Used and unused bricks, used cement bags, trash, plywood, cut cement blocks, and nails were observed on the ground throughout the worksite.

Lot 31 - On or about August 11, 2017 at Rosshandler Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024:  a) Employer did not ensure that the Spark guard on the DeWalt D28715 Heavy-Duty 14" (355 mm) Chop Saw with Quick-Change Clamp SN: 309191 that protects employees from the spinning blade and possible blowback from the blade breaking was used properly. Employees cut bricks and other material using the unguarded chop saw, exposing employees to hazards including but not limited to amputations and lacerations.  a) Employer did not ensure that the guard on the Stone model 655PM Mortar Mixer, Serial number 452006189 was used properly while employees mixed concrete material exposing employees to amputations hazards.
