29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   On 7/26/2017, employees from Midwest Light & Sign Inc. were working on a Michelin tire sign located at 2539 West Clay Street, Saint Charles, MO.  The employees were working from an aerial lift, which had the boom in the elevated position approximately fifteen feet above the ground.  The employees were inside the boom working without the use of personal fall protection systems, exposing themselves to a fall hazard.
