29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): The repair splice in a hard service flexible cord No. 12 or larger did not retain the insulation, outer sheath properties, and usage characteristics of the cord which was being used: (a) South side of building - On or about August 12, 2017 an employee was using a circular saw that had the electrical cord spliced with a longer cord. The splice was wrapped with non insulating electrical tape.
