29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section: (a) Fairbanks Excavation, at 1360 Brook Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517; On and before August 11, 2017, the exposing employer failed to adequately protect each employee in an excavation from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section. Condition exposed employees to hazards from cave ins and other hazards associated with trenches and excavation.
