29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iii): Prior to any employee being exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for the correct procedures for installing, inspection, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protection systems that the employee used. Employers must ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017: In the Wine Room: On or about August 11, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard to the ground level below, without adequate training in the inspection of the fly harness.
