Employee was exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 8 ft. or greater to the ground below; on or about 8/14/17.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Location: 120 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ a) An employee accessed a roof by using a ladder that extended approximately 1 foot above the roof level. Employee was exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 10 ft. to the ground below; on or about 8/14/17.
