29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. Fittings were not protected from abrasion on the electrical outlet located in the oil pump area. The conductors entering the four gang metal outlet box were not protected from abrasion.
