29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: On or about July 17, 2017, the employer did not ensure all employees working more than six feet above the ground were protected from falling. The employees were exposed to fall hazards to the concrete below.
