29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a fabricated frame scaffold more than 10 feet above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems: a) 400 Reed Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 - The employer did not ensure that employees on the working level of a fabricated frame scaffold, on which employees were performing bricklaying at a height of approximately 19.5 feet above the lower level (ground), were protected from falling, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on August 10, 2017.
