29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): The employer did not ensure each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 9491 Steamanship Manhattan, Brewerton, N.Y., on or about 8/11/2017: Employees engaged in roofing operations on approximately 20 ft. wide by 30 ft. long, with varied pitch areas of 4:12 to 6:12 at approximately 18 feet eave to ground height, were not protected from falls. JESSE RAYNOR DBA PERFORMANCE ROOFING, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD [1926.501(b)(13)] WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN: OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1143975, CITATION NUMBER 1 , ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 5/13/2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7004 GRAY FOX RUN, NORTH SYRACUSE, NY 13212.
