OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At the warehouse buildings 1, 2 and 3, metal shelving system used for general storage of materials such as, but not limited to, appliances, air conditioning unit accessories, and food, was not bolted/anchored to the floor; therefore exposing employees to a possible struck-by hazard in the event the storage system were to topple, on or about 08/09/2017.
