29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Baete-Forseth, Inc., at 5140 S. Greystone, Sioux Falls SD, 57108: On or about and at times prior to August 10, 2017, the employer did not ensure that each employee was protected from falls from heights in that two employees were installing a cover on the roof of a four story apartment complex without fall protection in place. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet.
