29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use: a) On or about 8/9/17 at a rehabilitation project located at 106 South Street, New York, New York; on the first floor against the sidewalk enclosure, an oxygen cylinder and an acetylene cylinder were placed next to the wall and were not secured against tipping or displacement. NO ABATEMENT CERTIRFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) On or about 8/9/17 at a renovation project located at 106 South Street, New York, New York; guardrail systems through out the project had improper toprail heights that varied between 21" and 37". The guardrails were intended to protect stairwells, an elevator shaft, utility shafts, and the roofs edge. employees were exposed to falls of more than 40 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
