29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Congregation Torat El, Monmouth Rd., Oakhurst, NJ: On or about 8/14/2017 two Coastal Development Co LLC employees were working from the elevated basket of a JLG extensible boom aerial lift. The employees were not using a harness or body belt with lanyard to prevent from falling or being bounced out of the basket.
