Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) 642 Montgomery St., Jersey City, NJ Employees performing roofing work on a commercial building approximately 25-foot above the ground surface were not protected from fall hazards. Violation was occurred on or about 08/15/2017.
