29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: On or about August 14, 2017, the employer did not provide a hand truck with a means, such as, but not limited to, a strap or chain, to secure compressed gases from falling off during the transport to welding stations for use.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of this section, shall be provided by the employer in any written or oral format, to employees who wear respirators when such use is not required by this section or by the employer. On or about May 19, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that employees who voluntarily use filtering facepiece respirators during door frame manufacturing operations, were provided with information contained in Appendix D.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about August 14, 2017, at above addressed jobsite, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program, collect safety data sheets, and provide effective training, for employees who use hazardous gases and chemicals such as, but not limited to, oxygen, acetylene, iron oxide, and propane.
