29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)     Residential construction site next to 8111 Faith Loop, Montgomery, AL 36107:  On August 15, 2017 and at times prior to, the employer failed to ensure employees used guardrails, safety net or fall arrest system to prevent falls of 9 feet to a dirt surface while performing painting  job tasks on a steep roof with a 10/12 pitch.
