29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    a) Men's and Women's Bathrooms:  Employees poured NABC Concentrate Non-Acid Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner (alkyl  dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides), and onto  floors and into mop buckets and poured GS-Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner (alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides) and were not required to wear appropriate eye protection (e.g., safety goggles or equivalent); on or about 8/15/17.    b: Sales Floor:  Employees poured and sprayed Industrial Strength Glass Cleaner (ammonium hydroxide) and sprayed Invisible Glass - Glass Cleaner (eye irritant) and a chemical cleaner known as "Stock Spray" onto various surfaces and were not required to wear appropriate eye protection (e.g., safety goggles or equivalent); on or about 8/15/17.
