29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about 8/16/2017, the employer failed to submit documentation of corrective actions for Citation 1 Item 1 issued on 12/21/2017, with an abatement due date of 1/04/2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 8/16/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were picking up debris from a roof insulation repair at the edge of the building at approximately 20 feet above ground without a means of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.  Munsie Enterprises, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204189 citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 South University Drive Coral Springs, FL 33065.
