29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a. On or about 8/16/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees who were repairing the drip edge of a canopy roof did not demonstrate their understanding of the fall protective measure being used at that site in connection with their exposure of a 10-foot fall hazard.
