29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3): The front edge of all platforms was not 14 inches (36 cm) or less from the face of the work, and no guardrail systems were erected along the front edge and/or no personal fall arrest systems were used in accordance with paragraph (g) of this section to protect employees from falling: a) Residential property at 12 Aisling Way (Lot 37, Block 15.19), in Marlton, NJ, 08053, Southwest corner of the home (scaffold): Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet where an Alumipole pump jack scaffold was used approximately 36 inches from the face of the building, which occurred on or about 7/13/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential property at 12 Aisling Way (Lot 37, Block 15.19), in Marlton, NJ, 08053, Southwest corner of the home (roof): Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet on the lower roof and 22 feet on the upper roof where scaffold erection operations were conducted without being attached to a lanyard, which occurred and was observed on or about 7/13/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
