Employees were working on and from Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold installing new vinyl siding when guardrail systems were not installed along all opens sides and ends of walking/working platforms exposing to fall hazards:     Scaffold A: 20 foot from platform to ground below.  Scaffold B: 12 foot from platform to ground below.  Scaffold C: 25 foot from platform to ground below.    Note: Heights were provided by Property Manager based on elevation drawings.    Occurred on 08/16/17.
