Temporary wiring feeder conductors were not run within raceways or where not subject to physical damage. Site: 762 Park Place, Brooklyn, NY On or about 8/16/2017 a) In the 5th and 6th floor public hallway, the conductors of the branch circuits in the temporary wiring were not being protected from physical damage. The conductors were laying on the floor.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(C): Receptacles for uses other than temporary lighting were installed on branch circuits which supplied temporary lighting: Site: 762 Park Place, Brooklyn, NY, 5th & 6th floor. On or about 8/16/2017 a) temporary lighting installed on branch circuits which were spliced and pigtailed with outlet receptacles and used to energize power tools and other items.
