Employees conducting roof repair on a two story private residence were not using fall protection. The front roof had a steep pitch and the rear was a low slope roof.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees were completing roof repair, installing roof shingles on a private residence and were not using any fall protection.
