29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about August 16th 2017, at the worksite located at NW 184 St and 89th Ave. Hialeah FL, 33015, house # 10/7, an employee was observed working on the top of a wall at approximately 11 feet above the ground, and was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    On or about August 16th 2017, at the worksite located at NW 184 St and 89th Ave. Hialeah FL, 33015, house # 10/7, employees were accessing the working area with a metal extension ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On or about August 16th 2017, at the worksite located at NW 184 St and 89th Ave. Hialeah FL, 33015, house # 10/7, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to ensure that work was performed without exposing employees to any hazard such as but not limited to, fall hazards.        The employer MORADEL SERVICES GROUP CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084176, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/16, with respect to a workplace located at 23391 SW 118th Ave., Miami, FL 33186.
