29 CFR 1926.95(a): Personal protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition it was necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact.      On or about August 16th, 2017, at the jobsite located at Turquesa by Lennar NW 184th St and 89th Ave. Hialeah 33015, the employer did not provide the appropriate well-fitting gloves (butyl or nitrile) to the employee who was using just one damaged glove to perform mixing cement to be used in the plastering operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  On or about August 16th, 2017, at the jobsite located at Turquesa by Lennar NW 184th St and 89th Ave. Hialeah 33015, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program for employees exposed but not limited to silica, while mixing cement.
