29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Flour Room: A flexible cord not equipped with strain relief on the Reed Dough Mixer was pulled away from the connector, exposing employees to a potential shock hazard from the exposed internal conductors, on or about August 16, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
