29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 08/17/2017, at facility, for the employees working around/with 3M Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate containing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, sodium metasilicate. An eye wash station was not immediately available for use in the event of eye contact.
